FEATURES |
|
The pick-up has two rubber wheels and functions hydraulically.
The reduced diameter and the 2.2 mt width allow for perfect collection in wide paths and of short product.
|
|
The five Rasspe knotters use twine of 130 to 150 m/Kg
The two easy-access roll-holder compartments can hold 15 spools of twine.
The three fans regulated intermittently by the check-in control box guarantee cleaning of the knotters.
The bales are compressed by the four hydraulic cylinders which exercise a constant pressure on the sides and on the top of the channel, and a pressure gauge visible from the tractor cabin shows compression density.
On request, a mounted bale stacker can be fitted in place of the bale unloading ramp; it can also be hydraulically tipped up to reduce length when on the road.
Paired bales speed up loading operations.

|
The control box installed in the tractor cabin allows for control of:
- The arrival and maintenance of twine to the knotters,
- bale unloading,
- the knotting cycle
- partial and total electronic bale counter,
- binding anomaly indicator
- automatic fan regulation.

1. The rotary comb feeder conveys the product from the
pick- up to the pre-chamber.
|
2. The sensors located on the upper part of the pre-chamber,
on achieving the set filling act to operate the
mechanical system which begins the work cycle of the
feeder fork and the opening of the straw-holder at the
same time.
|
3. The feeder fork at the same running stage of the piston
feeds the pressing chamber as the piston is at the front
dead point.
|
4. By compressing the product the piston makes the feeder
fork return to idle position and the straw stop devices
engage ready for a new work cycle.
