FEATURES

The converging and synchronised augers allow to obtain a more homogeneous mixing and ensure the complete unloading of the product . The optimisation of the mixing is guaranteed by the especially designed augers system . On request, a counter-blade Top cut system can be installed, which is automatically activated according to the set timing and sequences. The wedge shaped walls on the side of the machine between the two screws speeds up the cutting of long product.

The mechanical transmission to the mixing augers allows a speed adjustment from 10 to 48 rpm.

Standard John Deere engines

The narrow uprights of the cabin and its particular shape guarantee the operator a wider view to facilitate work.

All machines have an electronic programmable weight system. On request, a memory card is installed to memorise the data in the computerised system. The Joystick controls the command and rotation functions of the silage cutter, as well as screw rotation, and the activation of the counter blades and the movement of the silage cutter guard.

The two leaf springs on the front axle give the machine greater elasticity and guarantee greater shock absorption, eliminating vibrations.

A side hopper facilitates the addition of small quantities of product to be loaded.

The powerful silage cutter, with a width of 200 cm and a diameter of 69 cm, develops a huge work capacity, while the 83 cm wide belt reduces loading times of any type of compact or fibrous product.

The magnetic plate, which is a fitted on the unloading belt, helps to eliminate metal objects from the unloaded product.

On request, the machine can be fitted with an extra unloading belt .
