Standard equipment:

Indipendent hydraulic system, cardan shaft, unloading belt on the right side 50 cm lenght, counter frame for weighing system, augers without cross bar, 1 counter knife, mechanical foot, mechanical transmission with epicycloidal gears for the augers, thickness of bottom tank 20mm, thickness of side tank 8mm.

Optional:

Wide angle cardan shaft, magnetic plate, gear-box for speed change, bi-lateral unloading belt, unloading belt on the left side, belt extension, jack for unloading belt , hydraulic counter knife, side or rear loader, flexible commands, electro-hydraulic commands , hydraulic brake, mechanical brake, lights, manual or programmable weighing system, rear repeater display, mudguards, hopper for meal, bedding turbine, silo raiser .

FEATURES

The converging and synchronised augers allow to obtain a more homogeneous mixing and ensure the complete unloading of the product.

The augers have shearing blades and the wedge shaped section on the side of the tank between the screws accelerate the cutting of long products. An automatic hydraulic divisor and a containing ring, available on request, allow for increasing the volume of the load .

This machine has right side unloading, but can be fitted with double unloading or left side unloading on request. The magnetic plate on the belt helps to eliminate metal objects from the unloaded product.

On request, the machine can be fitted with additional unloading belt (double rear unloading) .

Long product can be processed very quickly, without a tractor with great power .

A side loader 140° allows for easy loading of fibrous product.

Vertical mixer Star-Mix equipped with silo raiser .

Silo raiser with two-direction rotation ideal for loading of silage .

The silo raiser has a width of 1570 mm and a loading conveyor with PVC belt with width of 850 mm

All models can be provided on request with a bedding turbine. The standard unloading chute is on the on the right side; thanks to the large diameter of the fan, clogging caused by too much product is prevented. The fan has double speed rotation .

The second chute with 100°rotation, allows for unloading on the left side

For the large capacity the 30 m³ version with 3 augers
