Round balers Master: High yield, great performance, high profitability, all with simplicity
Its outstanding feeding characteristics distinguish it: this model was born from the need to bale particularly difficult products, making any type of work possible. All versions are equipped as standard with a forming chain with denser crosspieces. This, combined with the feature of having the crosspieces integral with the chains (they do not rotate on themselves), results in better wrapping of the product. Bale unloading is guaranteed because, with the tailgate open, only a minimal portion of the bale remains in contact with the primary structure of the machine, and the roller-chain system, with the roller and crosspiece chain rotating exclusively on the tailgate, allows for the PTO to be disengaged from the tractor when opening the chamber. All versions are also equipped with a bale ejector, which can be removed when working with slopes.
All versions also have 2 lower rollers, offset from each other to further facilitate bale unloading.
The latest-design PICK-UP, 220 cm wide, with two large-diameter augers that convey the product towards the center, ensures perfect harvesting. The rotary feeder avoids entrapment and guarantees uniform feeding into the baling chamber with the introduction of any type of product (corn stalks, hemp and rice straw, wheat, rye, etc.).
It is ideal for forage as it keeps the product intact without compressing it. The introduction of the product into the chamber is completed by the alternative feeder, which guarantees constant feeding in order to obtain improved baling. On all versions, any overloads are controlled by two safety bolts on the main transmission, a safety bolt on the Pick-Up, and two torque limiters on the augers.
- The net binder with direct introduction into the chamber (introduced by rollers) assures tension from the start of binding and, thanks to the controlled braking system, it improves the quality of the external borders.
This type of wrapper does not require the tractor to be advanced to start it: once the pressure is reached and the advancement stops, the binding can begin. This guarantees bale wrapping across the entire width. - The on-board control unit allows the following functions:
• Partial and total bale counter
• End-of-bale detection with acoustic warning
• Automatic or manual wrapping start
• Hatch closure detection. - Automatic chain lubrication (optional).
