Wrapping bales with ease
The ABS bale wrapper series is ideal for both the field and the farm. Its excellent cost-effectiveness allows everyone to be independent and carry out the work when they feel most comfortable.
The ABS 15 ST is a trailed wrapper equipped with a bale loading/unloading clamp, film clamping, and automatic cutting when tipping. The standard equipment includes two hydraulic outlets for connection to the tractor, which power the distributor, which is controlled directly from the tractor via flexible cables equipped with a control lever. All versions are equipped with an RC80 electronic tachometer that tracks film rotation and the number of partial and total bales.
As an option, to streamline work operations, there are electro-hydraulic controls with a 4-button control keypad.
You can also choose to have the hydraulic system incorporated into the machine for use without tractor connections.
The platform features two drive rollers, one of which is tilting, with four-speed adjustable rotation speeds.
These features allow for optimal wrapping of bales with a diameter between 90 and 160 cm.
The film stretcher device, manufactured by us, allows the use of 500 or 750 mm reels.
The reel loading operation is facilitated by the tilting of the reel holder, which allows for optimal tension adjustment and better film stretching.
A crank located at the base of the device allows the reel to be easily positioned in the center of the bale.
