Self-propelled vertical chopping and mixing wagons
Simple, easy to handle, reliable. These models are part of the three-auger converging version.
The Self-Propelled Chopping-Mixer Wagons join the Trailed Vertical Chopping-Mixer Wagons, of which they retain the main characteristics and peculiarities. They are powered by FPT (Fiat Power Train) engines with power ratings ranging from 145 hp to 260 hp.
Access to the engine is guaranteed by the large front cover that completely exposes it. For exceptional work, the cab can be pivoted, increasing access on the left side.
The cooling circuit on the right side of the machine allows, by reversing the rotation mechanically or electrically, cleaning the filter grid.
The transmission to the wheels is hydrostatic with rear-wheel drive, the front axle is steering, and the suspension is a 4-leaf leaf spring.
A second forward speed is available as an option.
The tank houses a Vertical mixing system consisting of three converging augers, adjustable in speed from 10 to 48 rpm. These synchronized augers create an 8-round mixing cycle that allows for thorough mixing of both dry and wet products. A standard left-hand unloading conveyor completes the distribution.
Two hydraulic counter-knives supplied as standard and a 4-cell electronic weighing system are managed by a single control unit (manual or programmable).
The cab, located on the left side of the machine, ensures good visibility and comfort. The joystick, positioned to the operator's right, groups together the main controls, such as rotary tiller rotation, arm lifting, auger and counter-knife engagement and disengagement, and unloading conveyor opening and closing.
